a bespoke mentoring programme for your business run by ELEVATE
How it works:
We start with an in-depth skills audit to understand your teams' skill gaps, strengths, and weaknesses. We take the results of this to form a bespoke mentoring program which is then delivered to each tiered seniority level in a group/team format.
For organisations with 8 staff or less, the mentoring will be delivered on a 1:2:1 basis, not as a team. The program will kick off with an initial 2-hour session followed by six months of bi-weekly one-hour sessions.
Elevate In-house
designing and implementing a self-sufficient mentoring program
How it works:
This program starts with an in-depth series of interviews with you and your senior leadership team to identify the areas in need of development. We then identify the wider business needs, challenges, opportunities, and as before, identify the strengths, weaknesses, and gaps.
We then build a tailored program designed specifically for your business needs and empower your team to operate your very own in house mentoring program. We will help you to structure the program and empower your teams by providing training, templates, and ongoing support for 6 months to give you the tools and skills to be fully self-sufficient and be able to continue and refresh your mentoring program on a regular basis.
