HOW ELEVATE BEGAN

In 2017, Melissa Noakes and Max Fellows had a crazy idea over dinner (and a fair bit of wine) that they might be able to do something to help the industry they love and the huge gap in training and personal development. With that, Elevate was born. Now in our sixth year and Elevate has supported and helped over 1,000 people elevate their careers and in some small way helped elevate the industry as a whole.

Elevate is run in our spare time and only made possible by our brilliant advisory board and an army of incredible volunteers. It is due to this hard work and generosity that enables us to provide Elevate completely free which means we’re accessible to everyone. 

Thank you to everyone who continues to support us and this crazy idea. Maybe it wasn't so crazy after all.
