If you’re passionate about contributing to the industry, sharing your passion, knowledge and wisdom – we’re looking for you too! Our mentors join us from all walks and levels of the industry. You only need to be a step or two ahead of someone to be able to support them.

There are just three steps involved.

Step 1: You need to complete the application questionnaire and give us as much information as possible. This can be found below.

Step 2: We’ll invite you to submit a short video telling us a bit more about you, so we can get a feel for your personality and learn more about you and what you’re looking for.

Step 3: Sit back and let us do the hard work as we look to pair you with the perfect partner.

The power of mentoring comes from the relationship and so we take the pairing process really seriously and we prioritise making the right matches. We only have a limited number of spaces available so if you’re not matched we offer other ways you can get support from our community.

If you’re one of the lucky ones to get matched we’ll send an initial introduction email and then it's up to the mentee to set up a kick-off time to meet with their mentor. Full coaching and supporting materials are provided.

We recommend that you set up an initial one-hour meeting to get to know each other and see if you connect and feel the relationship will be mutually beneficial. 

If you ‘click’ and you feel you can work together, the mentoring period will last six months, that’s an hour every month (as a minimum), or 6 hours in total in whatever way you both decide to use them.

You decide the schedule and the logistics – we match you and support you but the magic is between the mentor and mentee.

The Elevate mentors are CEO's, COO’s, entrepreneurs, founders, creative directors, venue managers, client managers, brand experience directors, event managers, freelancers and strategists from the likes of Amplify, The Drum, Google, Live Nation, O2, Pinterest, Santander, SKY, Sledge, Vibration Group, Warm Street, Cheerful Twentyfirst, Hot Pickle, Shell and many many more. They have a wealth of experience and have been in the industry for over 800 years between them (OK, so we might have made that last bit up).

The long and short of it is, we're lucky to attract the best of the best from across the industry to join us and share their wisdom, knowledge and expertise. Our mentors come from every level and area of the event industry, so we really can and do help people at every stage of their career. And the list of amazing mentors is growing all the time.
